We want you to love your FYTZ threads but if for any reason you don't, we will accept the return of any full-priced item as long as they meet the following criteria:

Returns Conditions
  • Your order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and fragrances and not tampered with in any way. 

Please Note:

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased with a code are only valid for a store credit.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions.
How to Return
  • Initiate your return via our [Contact page].
  • Returns submitted without a request will not be accepted.
  • If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return address and instructions.
  • You must send your return within 7 days of receiving approval or the request will be cancelled.
  • Once your returned order has been received, you can select either a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we have received and processed your return.
  • If your return is not accepted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have it returned back to you.
  • Change of mind, general wear and tear, incorrect sizing/fit, refusing or not collecting a package, or providing an incorrect address are not valid reasons for a return. 
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees or shipping charges.

We encourage you to choose carefully and confirm all details are correct prior to purchasing. If you are unsure of sizing, please email us at from.y.to.z@outlook.com for assistance. Minimising order errors helps us reduce the number of returns/exchanges which in turn keeps our environmental footprint low.

Faulty Items
  • If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via our [Contact page] immediately as faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
  • Provide clear photos and descriptions of the fault(s).
  • Faulty items can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or replaced, depending on your preference and availability.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to be inspected once it has reached us. 
  • We reserve the right to reject the return of a faulty item if it is evident that the issue is a result of misuse.
International Customers
  • All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. We are not liable or responsible for any of these costs. 
  • We offer store credits only for your returned item(s).
  • If a parcel is returned because import duties or taxes weren't paid, we will issue a store credit for the order amount only.
