Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and fragrances and not tampered with in any way. 

Please Note:

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased with a code are only valid for a store credit.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

To start a return:

  • Initiate your return via our [Contact page].
  • Returns submitted without a request will not be accepted.
  • If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return address and instructions.
  • You must send your return within 7 days of receiving approval or the request will be cancelled.
  • Once your returned order has been received, you can select either a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
  • Refunds will only be processed after we have received and processed your return.
  • If your return is not accepted, you will be responsible for any shipping costs to have it returned back to you.
  • Change of mind, general wear and tear, incorrect sizing/fit, refusing or not collecting a package, or providing an incorrect address are not valid reasons for a return. 
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees or shipping charges.

We encourage you to choose carefully and confirm all details are correct prior to purchasing. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us via our [Contact page] immediately as faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
  • Provide clear photos and descriptions of the fault(s).
  • Faulty items can be refunded to the original payment method, issued as store credit, or replaced, depending on your preference and availability.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for your parcel to be inspected once it has reached us. 
  • We reserve the right to reject the return of a faulty item if it is evident that the issue is a result of misuse.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
